Clear Voice Interpreting Services wins ITI Award
We are delighted to have been named as the winner in the category of Corporate Member 2020 in the Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) summer awards!
The event, hosted online on 4th September due to COVID-19 restrictions, was brilliantly run, with all ITI members and staff being able to join from either the office or at home.
Clear Voice was commended for not only launching a new website at the end of 2019, but also for raising the bar to manage a 46% increase in demand of telephone and face to face (now conducted via video) interpreting, whilst maintaining the same quality customer service. Our team have also implemented an improved automated booking system for clients, been awarded ISO 27001 and been keeping in touch with our interpreters. We are particularly proud of our training videos, produced in conjunction with Windmill Training, to support lone and home workers.
This award is not just for us at the office – this was also won by our amazing team of interpreters who always display professionalism, hard work and dedication, especially over the past 6 months as demand has increased and we have relied on them more and more.
The Institute of Translation and Interpreting (ITI) is the only UK-based independent professional membership association for practising translators, interpreters and language service providers. They seek to promote the highest standard in the profession, supporting their members and representing the industry at the very top level. ITI provides a range of products and services, both to their membership and to those requiring the professional services of their members.
