New to the team!
Shelby James – Sales and Partnership Coordinator:
I have a wide range of skills and experiences to bring to the team from general admin as well as my creative side such as face painting for children. I have worked in a variety of admin roles from car parts to tips and selling make up! Although I officially became part of the team on the 26th I have been working with Clear Voice as a temp since January and have worked on some exciting projects such as the Syrian Interpreters training programme and We Are Digital (WAD).
In my spare time I enjoy face painting and recently did lots of this for Halloween. I like doing special effects and once helped at a theatre. I’ve always wanted to have a job where I feel that I get satisfaction and that I’m helping people. I get this at Clear Voice and I’m really excited about the future and the challenge of the new role.
Rachael Tew – Sales and Partnership Manager:
I have quite a varied background and until recent years was fairly sales focused, from selling houses, IT to interior landscaping and in recent years working as Community Liaison Coordinator for Migrant Help. The turn from sales to charity was fairly dramatic and I upped sticks and left for Greece to volunteer on refugee camps. After doing this for a year I needed a paid job which is how I ended up at Migrant Help.
I feel my new role is the perfect balance between sales and charity. In my spare time I do lots of walking. I love being outside and am at my best when surrounded by nature.
I have a cat called Phoebe who is rather fluffy! Photo is of a recent trip to the Forest of Dean on the sculpture trail. I very much look forward to my new role and to working closely with current and new clients.
