SLR Consulting and Clear Voice develop a multilingual grievance mechanism to support sustainable and ethical supply chain practices.
SLR Consulting partnered with Clear Voice to support The Book Chain Project, a global initiative of more than 25 publishers working to improve sustainable practices and employment conditions throughout publishing supply chains, with a stated of “Building better supply chains for books”.
Together, SLR and Clear Voice created a scalable grievance mechanism, giving employees and contractors a secure means to report workplace issues safely, anonymously and in their own language.
