We’re incredibly proud to announce that Clear Voice, in partnership with Lloyds, have won the Silver Award for the principal ‘Collaboration’ category at the 2025 Collaboration Network Awards.
With nine finalists, there was considerable competition for the award, and the standard of work and commitment was of a very high level. It was heart-warming and encouraging to see so many organisations focused on ensuring that vulnerable members of society are supported and included, with access to the services and support needed.
This award is recognition of the work that we are doing together with Lloyds, improving access to essential financial services for consumers that may be disadvantaged by a lack of understanding or fluency in English. It celebrates our joint efforts to ensure that financial services are open to all, in a fair, clear and compassionate manner.
It also sets a benchmark for firms across retail banking and financial services, and represents a powerful, de facto recognition that lack of language capability is a vulnerability, one that can and should be addressed, not simply overlooked.
A huge well done to the brilliant Clear Voice team who have worked so hard to support this initiative. This award would not have been possible without our skilled interpreters, operational teams and all the people behind the scenes that make this happen every day.
We also send a big thank you to the team who lead the engagement and represented us at the awards ceremony:
- Peter Lakesmith
- Jane Freeman
- Dawn Wall
Finally, a special thanks to Lloyds for their leadership, their continued commitment to language as a vulnerability, and true partnership throughout this work.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved together and even more excited about what comes next.
