We have recently become accredited as a Living Wage Employer. This commitment will see everyone working at Clear Voice receive a minimum hourly wage of £9.30 (or £10.75 in London). Both rates are significantly higher than the government minimum for over 25s, which currently stands at £8.72 per hour.

“We are so delighted to be apart of the living wage foundation, we want all of our employees to be able have a great work/ life balance and we know this is one way that will help”

Anna Ware, Clear Voice Director

Clear Voice is based in the South East, a region where 15% of all jobs pay less than the real Living Wage – this amounts to around 572,000 working people who get less than the living wage. We believe in getting a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work.

The real Living Wage is the only wage rate calculated based on the actual costs of living. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that wish to go beyond minimum requirements and ensure their staff earn a wage they can live on. Since 2011 the movement has delivered a pay rise to over 230,000 people and put over £1 billion extra into the pockets of low paid workers.

We’re delighted that Clear Voice has joined the movement of over 6000 responsible employers across the UK who voluntarily commit to go further than the government minimum to make sure all their staff earn enough to live on. They join thousands of small businesses, as well as household names such as Burberry, Barclays, Chelsea and Everton Football Clubs, Lush, and many more. These businesses recognise that paying the real Living Wage is the mark of a responsible employer…
